Facility Use Fees
Christian Life Center
There will be a $250.00 fee for the use of the Christian Life Center. Tables and chairs would be available for their use, but users must provide all dinnerware, glassware, tablecloths, etc. This group will be responsible for all set up and disposal of their decorations, dinnerware, glassware, tablecloths and trash. A supervisory fee of $30.00/hour (or any portion of that hour) with a three hour minimum will be charged. and paid to an Asbury maintenance person, who would ensure that the clean up is done accordingly. If the kitchen and/or serving area is used, there is also a supervisory fee of $30.00 hour (or any portion of that hour) with a three hour minimum. The group is responsible for clean up. If the Christian Life Center needs to be set up for worship after the event is over, there will be an additional $250.00 charge. In addition, there will be a $250.00 refundable security deposit for these events. These fees are due one week before the date of the event.
SPORTS TEAM—There will be a $25.00 per hour fee for ½ of the CLC for teams to practice. This is due before practices begin and is nonrefundable if you decide to cancel your practice.
There will be a $100.00 fee for the use of the Sanctuary.
All Other Rooms in the Building
The usage fee will be a total of $25.00 for 4 hours or less and a total of $50.00 for using the room 4-8 hours. The group is responsible for all set up and take down and the room must be left as it was found. If the room needs to be used for more than 1 day, the $50.00 fee will be reduced to $25.00 for each additional day.
Staff members may use the facility at no charge for voice and music lessons and recitals. These lessons and recitals help to increase the awareness and participation in the music ministry at Asbury.
