Weekly Report for Ministry/Missions

The Conference Center requires us to report new members, transferred members, professions of faith, baptisms and worship attendance each Monday morning.  They have recently requested us to provide information on the number of persons involved in ministry from our church as well as the number of persons within the community/area that has been a recipient of the mission.

Forms are available in Sunday School classes each Sunday or you can submit your information using this form.  Timely information is very helpful.  Thank you for your cooperation.
