Child Care Request
Asbury is happy to provide child care for any meeting or event scheduled at our church. However, in order to use our financial resources wisely, we strongly urge you to hold as many events and meetings during our regular child care times.
You are guaranteed child care for your event if this form is submitted one wek prior to the event. Of course, regardless of when we receive you request, we will do our best to schedule the child care. If you are unsure of the need for child care, we ask that you schedule it anyway and should you find that child care is not needed, please cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Your cancellation is important because Asbury is required to pay for the scheduled child care.
