Agape – Room 138

Ages: 50’s+

The Agape Sunday School Class is currently made up of a group of people who wish to incorporate Biblical values into their lifestyle. The class format is informal, relaxed and discussion based using scriptures and/or published curriculum. The class is a caring group which welcomes new members. Social activities are planned to promote fellowship among class members. Our past mission projects include care packages to soldiers, meals for downtown outreach programs, supporting the VBS in Kenya, and volunteering to help with Asbury activities. Please contact Elan Feagin (983-2866) or

Challengers – Room 132/134

Ages: 55+

Using an interactive discussion style, our class deals with the challenges of daily life in response to current events of the world. Led by Peggy Forsyth and Janet O’Neil we are composed of married couples as well as singles. Often we chose a faith-based book to study or select from a variety of curriculum. Teachers rotate on a monthly basis so the class offers a wide variety of topics and viewpoints. Contact Janet O’Neil ({This email is obscured. Crossroads – Room 133

Ages: 40+

Crossroads is a class for middle-age couples and singles. F.I.S.H. (Families In Service to Him) -Room 129

Ages: 30’s+

Come join us for an exciting Sunday School class dedicated to attracting young married couples, with or without children, who have yet to find a Sunday School home. Friendship – Room 142

Ages: Majority 60’s+

Good Samaritan Bible Study – Room 126

Ages: 55+

The Good Samaritan Bible Study class is a group who enjoy Bible study through reading, prayer, and discussion. Our class typically takes one book of the Bible and studies it chapter by chapter. We gather at least quarterly for social activities and also enjoy group service projects. We are always looking for new class members and welcome visitors anytime. Journeymen – Room 144

Ages: 55+

Everyone is welcome in the Journeymen Class. We consist of mix ages, including couples of college-age children, couples without children, empty nesters, and divorced/single members. The class is brought together by a common desire to know God more intimately. The class’s mission projects include community outreach such as assisting residents at Shepherd’s Fold. Ladies Bible Study – Room 136

Ages: 55+

O.A.K. (Outreach And Knowledge) – Room 137

Ages: Intergenerational

This class is for newcomers to Asbury. It is composed primarily of recent Asbury members who have a variety of backgrounds. We seek to build relationships with Christ, the Church, and each other. Seekers –Room 122

Ages: 50+

This is a large, active, and diverse class. We welcome visitors to Asbury as well as long time members. Led by Mike Northrup (991-2707), teachers rotate periodically, using both lecture and video presentations, leading members in discussions relevant to Christian living. We support all ministries of the church and schedule socials and activities throughout the year.

Trailblazers – Room 127

Ages: Intergenerational

A laid-back group that consists of adults of all ages and stages in life, learning how to be a disciple of Jesus Christ through reading scripture, Bible studies, and Christian community.  We welcome all people who are seeking to discover and/or deepen their relationship with Jesus.  Contact Robyn White, {This email is obscured. Ages: 20’s & 30’s

A class for young adults with or without children in their 20’s and 30’s. This class is striving to build friendships and faith in Christ.
