Asbury's Conservatory of Performing Arts introduces children, teens and adults to a variety of musical interests. We currently offer voice, piano and guitar lessons and the program runs on a semester basis.
Traditions Worship on Sundays at 11:00 a.m. features special music by soloists, duets, and ensembles. The chancel choir prepares and rehearses on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. in Room 143 and is led by Music Director Nancy Beard. Singers of all experience levels are welcome!
The Asbury Ringers and Worship Orchestra also perform in our Traditions services several times throughout the year. Asbury Ringers is a moderately advanced handbell choir led by Music Director Nancy Beard that rehearses Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in Room 141.
The orchestra is comprised of students and advanced instrumentalists who play strings, brass, woodwinds, percussion, and piano.
Asbury's modern worship service, The Bridge, is led by a Worship Team featuring guitarists, vocalists, a keyboardist, and drummer. Rehearsals are held Sundays at 10:00 a.m. before worship at 11:00 a.m. Contact Jeremiah Toole for more information.
Asbury's Music Ministry also presents special concerts throughout the year, including its annual Dinner Theater.
