When you become a professing member of a United Methodist congregation, you take vows to faithfully participate in the life and ministries of your church through your prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness.
Most of us do lots of these things well—we pray, we’re present, we support others in need. But how about serving your church? Are you involved at Asbury? Our staff lays the groundwork for ministries and programs, but they cannot live-stream church, make a church member dinner, or greet new visitors alone. We need YOU.
So how do you volunteer? First, think about your passions. What do you like to do? Take this spiritual gifts assessment if you’re not sure. And then, explore the opportunities listed below. A staff member will reach out to you and help you get plugged in.
